Trust me, Banana Pancakes really taste delicious. My husband loves this more
than the typical pancakes that I make for breakfast. This is easy, low in calories and
flourless; perfect for breakfast or snacks.
What you
need:
2 pieces of lakatan banana
(mashed)
2 eggs, beaten
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
What you need to do:
* Brush the pan olive oil
* Mix the beaten eggs and
banana
* Scoop two table spoons
of batter. Because of the mashed bananas, flipping the pancakes is a bit tricky
so we need to make smaller pancakes.
* Flip the pancakes when
the other side turns brown.
* Serve while hot. Happy eating!
