Combi of Italian and Filipino Pasta with Herbs

Hello there foodies! I've been busy last month and haven't had the chance to share my recipe. However, every now and then, whenever I try something new and experiment with the ingredients I find in the pantry, I always take the opportunity to take a picture of it - and of course, plan to share the recipe online.

If you want to try something new that would add kick to the flavors of the usual spaghetti that you'd love to cook during merienda's, try this easy and no peasy version of Italian and Pinoy Pasta with Herbs.

What you need:

1/2 kilo of spaghetti noodles, cooked as per instructions
1/4 kilo of ground beef
1 regular size of Italian Spaghetti sauce
1 regular size of Pinoy Spaghetti sauce
1/2 block of Quickmelt cheese
1 medium white onion, chopped
8 pieces cocktail hotdogs, cut into 3 (as shown in the picture)
canola cooking oil
Italian seasoning - mixed of herbs like rosemary, thyme, oregano

What you need to do:

* On a pan, heat the oil. Saute the onions and add the ground beef. Cook until it turns to brown.
* Add the spaghetti sauce. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Put the hotdogs.
* Now, add the cheese and let it melt.
* Combine the sauce and noodles.
* Sprinkle with Italian Herbs.
* Serve with love and happy eating!
