Beef Teriyaki

We had left over beef strip loin from last week’s stock. Initially, I was planning to use this for Beef Salpicao, but since beef teriyaki is easier to prepare,   I used it for making teriyaki nalang. ☻

Hhhm, I don't find the picture quite presentable. Haha! Sorry, I don't know how to plate!!!

Proper way of cutting the carrots
What you need
¼ beef striploin
¼ cup of ready made barbecue marinade
1 carrot, sliced thinly
1 knob of ginger, sliced thinly

1 cup of togue
1 tablespoon of soysauce
1 ½ tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds

What you need to do:
Marinate the beef in barbecue marinade for 20 to 30 minutes.

♥ Stir fry until cooked then set aside.

♥ In the same wok, sauté the carrots and ginger. Add the togue. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Add the remaining marinade if any.

♥ Serve with the cooked beef, then top with toasted sesame seeds.
