Crunchy Chicken Balls

To be honest, this tastes like the real chicken pops you can buy in the market. =) and my little sister super enjoyed this snack. She was able to eat 9 chicken pops for in just one sitting. While Mark called this Chicken Balls, others would call it Chicken Pops!

4 chicken breast fillets
2 cups of bread crumbs
1 egg
1/8 cup of evaporated milk
½ cup of flour
3 tsp of paprika
2 tsp of salt
3 tablespoons of canola cooking oil for deep frying

What you need to do
Cut the breast fillet into small cubes.
♥ On a shallow bowl, mix the egg, milk. On another bowl, mix the paprika, salt and flour.
♥ Dredge the fillet with the flour mixture, then to the egg, and cover it with bread crumbs.
♥ Form the fillet w/ breading into small balls
♥ Deep fry, until GOLDEN BROWN
♥ Serve, eat and ENJOY!
